What to do when your package has not arrived.
- We usually ship very fast, so please double-check your order before submission.
- While on the PayPal page, please double-check your shipping address. PayPal sends us your address, and we do not make changes to it. After placing your order, if you need to change your address, it would be much easier for us to cancel your order and ask you to start over, using the correct address.
Yikes! I used the wrong shipping address.
- If the Post Office returns your package to us marked "undeliverable" we will need to request your correct shipping address and additional postage in order to re-ship.
- With apologies, we do not accept returns. This is to insure that the materials you order from us are brand new, and for example have not been spread on someone's floor or carpet and contaminated however slightly with pet hairs or dander - or otherwise contaminated, modified, or even looked at, except by us. :)
- We roll out all of our materials on our worktable and inspect them very carefully before shipping them out. As such, they are fully guaranteed. Should you find any item to be defective, we will replace it free of charge. With apologies, after three months after the date of purchase, we do not support any aspect of the purchase.
- Be careful when cutting out the materials. But should you make a mistake, that would be no problem. Try sewing it back together. If that doesn't work, let us know and we can sell you a replacement piece.
- Privacy Policy: We use your personal info for the processing of your order only. We do not place it on our mailing list, nor do we make it available to third parties.
