Jenny is running the business by herself, so is super busy making kits and filling orders. As such, she doesn't have much time to answer correspondence. She could hire more employees to deal with Customer Service, answering email and telephone questions, etc, but then we would just be another big company. We prefer to keep our lives simple. And we don't want to raise our prices. And so we ask that everyone keep the correspondence to the absolute minimum. More questions mean more work for us, more overheads and consequently higher prices for our products. We feel that our kits are an exceptional value for the money, and with everyone's help we aim to keep our prices low.
